|  | I grabbed all the pictures Tabs took during this short skit of ours portraying a family of an OFW. The reason? Because it contained good memories and that I wrote the script. Enough said. The plot goes something like this. Mrs. Pilar Montez (played by Walton Tan) is your ordinary Filipina housewife and her husband Mr. Agustin Montez (Richard Uy) is your everyday Filipino office worker. They're happy they have 5 very intelligent kids-Preston (Jethro Ko), Penelope (Abigail Sarza), Paltrow (Jared Cordero), Phoebe (Me), Parker (Justin Mahinay), of course, but they're distressed. At least, Mrs. Montez is. They're having a hard time living with Mr. Montez's average Filipino monthly income. And paying for the taxes. So Mrs. Montez becomes an OFW-hoping that this will solve their problems but things go really bad, too. Her once-responsible and loving husband becomes a sloth and drunkard and their children turn into wrist-slitters, crack addicts, melodramatics, and homosexuals. Lucky for Mrs. Montez, she was only dreaming. You know what they say, be careful what you wish for! |
