By 5, there have been many guests who arrived at the Li residence in North Town subdivision where we planned an All-Berchmans Halloween costume party. There were only 5 girls and about 20-25 guys (but they were all friendly). I went as a pirate (complete with an eye patch and hat and boots), Nacey as a devil (who wore red red ... not Prada), Rae as a ghostly corpse bride, Rejzl must have been a vampire with a black cloak, and Rhea as a girl in clowny hat. Along came Walton, Kevin T., Kevin L., Olleras, Mahinay, Hendrich, Joseph, Matthew, Gerard, Roel, Charles, Richard, Lui, Fitz and many others.

We tried to start the evening by an impromptu performance but I guess no one would even dare. We had 7 minutes in Heaven (more like 4 or 3) and it was me and Lui first. It's not like anything would possibly go bad-aside from the fact that Lui is perfectly a gentleman, we were simply locked up in a room with a door leading to a guest room and another to a bathroom. We ended up watching Deal or No Deal. After 3 minutes, the doors were opened and it would have been Rhea and Gerard's turn when we decided we should eat first.

There were donuts, homemade munchkins, pizzas, spaghetti, chicken, and more food and I got so much but never got to finish any of the food on my plate. What a shame. After we ate, we had another round of 7 minutes in Heaven and people had to stay on guard in the guest room and the comfort room so that there would not be any cheatings. We also had fun guarding - me, Shaun, Rae, and Hendrich. We were scaring each other by shouting and all. After 3 rounds of 7 minutes in Heaven, we had truth or dare.

Or maybe an all dare spree. I was dared to sing something at the top of my lungs so I made a stupid version of "Tomorrow" (you know ... "The Sun'll come out ... tomorrow. Bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow!") then I was asked to stop. It must have sounded horrible. Rae was dared to hug Justin for 3 seconds. Matthew was dared to hug Fitz with no time limit (heehee). Hendrich touched and possibly even jiggled Shaun's nasty butt ten times. Justin sang "Baby Hit Me One More Time" to Rae. Nacey had to eat a little piece of cake using her mouth only. And these were just some of the off beat dares we dared each other...

Then we went outside the gates and played Marco Polo and when Richard was it, we were playing pranks at him like caressing him and touching and pinching and slapping him. We pitied him though but it was fun. Then we had Patintero until we decided we'd call it a night. We went inside for a glass of water.

Dad screamed at me on the phone - fortunately, nobody heard him. It would have been embarrassing. At this age? Getting scolded for not giving clear information when and where should I be picked up at ... and it was only 8. 8 for Pete's sake! We almost watched the Grudge 2 which would be the night's grand finale but I had no other ride home so when Rae's parents beeped, we had to leave.

Oh well, it was kind of fun. Did I mention we had the lights turned off to search for the 13 ghosts-they were little white papers only and we won - Nacey, Lui, me, and Hendrich. I was scared so I sticked around close to them. Shaun even scared people with (or without) his mask. I am not sure if the people there really had fun but it was kind of fun. Guess it's time to organize for a Christmas party...
